While the Kochi Sabarimala gold robbery case is under consideration by the High Court, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has said that the accused met in Bengaluru. Govardhan says he paid Rs 14.97 lakh for the gold he bought, which is a crime.

The role of the accused in the case is clarified. The gold of Sabarimala Ayyappa was destroyed. Its custodian is the Devaswom Board. No one has entrusted Govardhan with the responsibility of buying the gold or paying money to the board. The SIT also asked the court to question Govardhan again in custody after receiving the forensic examination results of the gold.

The report also states that the claim that 474.960 grams of gold obtained from Govardhan was seized by threats is not true and it was handed over voluntarily. The gold-plated objects in the temple were dismantled. Two statements were included which make it clear that the accused had a big plan to seize the gold.

The report was submitted to the High Court by the investigation team. Samples from similar gold plates have been collected and sent to the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) in Thiruvananthapuram. They have also been sent for forensic analysis to determine the actual quantity of gold ornaments in the plates brought. Govardhan's argument that he spent money on offerings and donations to the Sabarimala temple does not absolve him from criminal liability.

The SIT also argued that Justice A. Badaruddin will consider the bail applications filed by Govardhan along with the bail application of Travancore Devaswom President A. Padmakumar tomorrow.l

എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഉപ്പയും ഉമ്മയും എനിക്ക് പണ്ട് നല്‍കിയ പോലത്തെ ഉമ്മകള്‍ നല്‍കാനെത്താതിരിക്കുന്നത്? യഥാര്‍ത്ഥത്തില്‍ ഈ ലോകത്ത് എനിക്ക് 19 വയസ്സ് വരെ ജീവിക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ. ആ രാത്രിയില്‍ തന്നെ ഞാന്‍ മരിക്കേണ്ടിതായിരുന്നു. എന്റെ ദേഹം നഗരത്തിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും അഴുക്കു ചാലില്‍ വലിച്ചെറിയപ്പെടേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു. കുറച്ചുദിവസങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം ദ്രവിച്ചു പഴകിയ മൃതദേഹം തിരിച്ചറിയാന്‍വേണ്ടി ഉമ്മയെയും കൂട്ടി അവര്‍ പോകുമായിരുന്നു. ഞാന്‍ ബലാല്‍സംഗം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടതാണെന്ന് അന്ന് ഉമ്മ കേള്‍ക്കുമായിരുന്നു. ധനികനും അധികാരമുള്ളവനുമായ കൊലപാതകിയെ ആരും അന്വേഷിച്ച് ചെല്ലുകയില്ല. അപമാനവും വേദനയും സഹിച്ച് ഉമ്മ പിന്നീട് ജീവിക്കേണ്ടി വരുമായിരുന്നു. കുറച്ചുകഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ ആ വേദനയാല്‍ നിങ്ങളും മരണപ്പെടും, അത്രമാത്രം. പക്ഷെ കഥ മാറ്റിയെഴുതപ്പെട്ടല്ലോ. തെരുവില്‍ കീറിവലിച്ചെറിയപ്പെടാഞ്ഞതിനു പകരമായി അവരെന്നെ ഏകാന്ത തടവറകളിലേക്ക് തള്ളി. എല്ലാം വിധിയാണെന്ന് കരുതാം. ഒരിക്കലും പരാതിപ്പെടരുത്. കാരണം മരണം ഒരിക്കലും ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ അവസാനമേ അല്ല. ഉമ്മ എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലേ, ഓരോരുത്തരും ഈ ലോകത്തേക്ക് കടന്നുവരുന്നത് അനുഭവങ്ങള്‍ നേടാനാണെന്ന്, പാഠങ്ങള്‍ പഠിക്കാനാണെന്ന്, ഓരോരുത്തര്‍ക്കും അര്‍പ്പിതമായ കടമകള്‍ നിറവേറ്റാനാണെന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ തന്നെയല്ലേ എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത്.ഓരോ ജന്മത്തിലും ഓരോ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം നാം ഏല്‍ക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്നു. ചിലപ്പോള്‍ പോരാടേണ്ടിവരുന്നു. സ്‌കൂളില്‍ പോയാല്‍ വഴക്കും വക്കാണവുമുണ്ടാക്കാതെ മാന്യമായി പെരുമാറണമെന്ന് ഉമ്മ ഞങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലേ. പക്ഷേ ഇവരുടെ കോടതിയില്‍ ഞാന്‍ ക്രൂരയായ ഒരു കൊലപാതകിയാണ്. ഞാന്‍ കണ്ണീര്‍ വീഴ്ത്തില്ല. ജീവനുവേണ്ടി ആരോടും കെഞ്ചുകയുമില്ല. നിയമത്തെ വിശ്വസിച്ചതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാന്‍ മറുത്തൊന്നും പറയാതിരുന്നു. എങ്കിലും അവരെന്നെ കുറ്റവാളിയാക്കി. ഉമ്മയ്ക്ക് അറിയാമല്ലോ, ഞാന്‍ കൊതുകുകളെ പോലും കൊല്ലാറല്ലെന്ന്. പാറ്റകളെ കൊല്ലുന്നത് ഇഷ്ടമല്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ കൊമ്പില്‍ തൂക്കിയെടുത്ത് കളയാറല്ലായിരുന്നോ ഞാന്‍. പക്ഷെ ഇവരുടെ മുമ്പില്‍ ഞാന്‍ വലിയ കുറ്റവാളിയാണ്. മൃദുലമായ എന്റെ കൈകള്‍ ഒരു കൊലപാതകിയുടേതെന്ന് ജഡ്ജി മനസിലാക്കിയെതെന്താവാം? നമ്മള്‍ സ്‌നേഹിച്ചിരുന്ന ഈ ദേശത്തിന് എന്നെ വേണ്ടായിരുന്നോ? എന്നെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തയാള്‍ ക്രൂരമായി മര്‍ദ്ദിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. ഞാന്‍ വാവിട്ട് കരഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ ആരും കാണാനുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. എത്ര അശ്ലീലമായ ഭാഷയാണ് അയാള്‍ എനിക്കു നേരെ പ്രയോഗിച്ചതെന്നറിയുമോ? എന്റെ സൗന്ദര്യത്തിനെ നശിപ്പിക്കാനെന്ന വണ്ണം മുടി മുഴുവന്‍ അവര്‍ മുറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ 11 ദിവസം ഏകാന്ത തടവറയിലിട്ടു. ആദ്യ ദിവസം തന്നെ പോലീസുകാരിലൊരാള്‍ എന്റെ നഖം പിഴുതെടുത്തു. കാഴ്ചയിലും ചിന്തയിലും ശബ്ദത്തിലും കണ്ണിലും കൈയെഴുത്തിലുമൊന്നും അവര്‍ നല്ലതൊന്നും കണ്ടില്ല. എന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ഉമ്മ മനസിലാക്കണം, എന്റെ ആദര്‍ശങ്ങളെല്ലാം മാറിപ്പോയെന്ന്. ഉമ്മയല്ല അതിന് ഉത്തരവാദി. എനിക്ക് വാക്കുകള്‍ പിടിച്ചുനിര്‍ത്താന്‍ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. എല്ലാം ഞാന്‍ ഒരാളിന് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉമ്മയെ അറിയിക്കാതെയോ ഉമ്മയുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലല്ലാതെയോ ഞാന്‍ വധിക്കപ്പെട്ടാല്‍ അതെല്ലാം ഉമ്മയ്ക്ക് നല്‍കും. ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് ഞാന്‍ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്റെ ഉമ്മ ഒരിക്കലും കരയരുത്. മരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ചില കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉമ്മ എനിക്ക് ചെയ്തുതരണം. ഉമ്മയുടെ എല്ലാ കഴിവും ശക്തിയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് അത് ചെയ്യണം. ഉമ്മയില്‍നിന്നും ഈ രാജ്യത്തുനിന്നും ഈ ലോകത്തുനിന്നും അതു മാത്രമാണ് ഞാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഈ ആവശ്യം നിറവേറ്റാന്‍ ഉമ്മയ്ക്ക് സമയം വേണമെന്നറിയാം. എന്റെ വില്‍പത്രത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ഭാഗം ഉമ്മയെ അറിയിക്കും. അത് കണ്ട് കരയരുത്. ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് മനസിലാക്കണം. പിന്നീട് കോടതിയില്‍ പോയി എന്റെ അപേക്ഷ അവരെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കണം. ജയിലിനകത്തുനിന്ന് ഒരു കത്തെഴുതി ഉമ്മയെ അറിയിക്കാന്‍ എന്നെ ജയില്‍മേധാവി അനുവദിക്കുകയില്ല. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ഉമ്മ അവരോട് യാചിച്ചാലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല. പക്ഷേ ഒരിക്കലും എന്റെ ജീവനുവേണ്ടി യാചിക്കരുത്. എന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ഉമ്മ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ഇതാണ്. എന്റെ ശരീരം മണ്ണില്‍ കിടന്ന് ജീര്‍ണിക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കരുത്. എന്റെ ഹൃദയവും വൃക്കകളും കണ്ണുകളും എല്ലുകളും എന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, എന്തൊക്കെ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാമോ അതെല്ലാം ദാനം ചെയ്യണം ഞാനാണ് അത് ദാനം ചെയ്തതെന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവര്‍ അറിയരുത്. അവര്‍ എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി പൂച്ചെണ്ടുകള്‍ അര്‍പ്പിക്കരുത്, പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുകപോലും ചെയ്യരുത്. എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തില്‍ തട്ടി ഞാന്‍ പറയുകയാണ്, ഉമ്മയ്ക്ക് വന്നിരുന്ന് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കാനോ കരയാനോ ഒരു കല്ലറ എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി കരുതരുത്. ഉമ്മ കറുത്ത വസ്ത്രം പോലും ധരിക്കരുത്. എന്റെ ദുരിതദിനങ്ങള്‍ മറക്കാന്‍ ഉമ്മ ആവുന്നതെല്ലാം ചെയ്യണം. കാറ്റില്‍ അലിയാനാണ് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം. ഈ ലോകം നമ്മളെ സ്‌നേഹിച്ചില്ല. എന്റെ ജീവിതം ഈ ലോകത്തിന് വേണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത് ഞാന്‍ ത്യജിച്ച് മരണത്തെ പുല്‍കുന്നു. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കോടതിയില്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഈ പൊലീസുകാരെയും ജഡ്ജിമാരെയുമെല്ലാം പ്രതികളാക്കും. എന്നെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ മടിക്കാതിരുന്ന, എന്നെ മര്‍ദ്ദിച്ച എല്ലാ അധികാരികളെയും ഞാന്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കോടതിയില്‍ പ്രതികളാക്കും. എന്റെ അവകാശങ്ങള്‍ ചവിട്ടിമെതിക്കപ്പെട്ടതിനും എന്നെ കുറ്റക്കാരിയാക്കിയതിനും അവര്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കോടതിയില്‍ വിസ്തരിക്കപ്പെടും. ആ ലോകത്ത് വിധി പറയുന്നവര്‍ എന്റെ ഹൃദയാലുവായ അമ്മയും ഞാനുമായിരിക്കും. തീര്‍ച്ച, അവര്‍ കുറ്റം ചുമത്തപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും. എല്ലാം ദൈവം നിശ്ചയിക്കട്ടെ. മരിക്കുന്നതുവരെ ഉമ്മയെ കെട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ചിരിക്കണമെന്ന് വല്ലാതെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു പോവുന്നു. എന്റെ ഉമ്മയെ ഞാന്‍ അത്രയ്‍ക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു...... ✍️കടപ്പാട്
