Controversial speech: Court dismisses M M Mani's plea to quash FIR Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Thursday dismissed CPM Idukki former district secretary M M Mani's plea seeking the quashing of a police complaint about his speech in which he claimed his party had killed political foes. The court observed Mani's speech was shocking and ordered to continue probe in the case. The Special Investigation team Probing murder of T.P Chandrasekharan said they would ask Mani to appear within two days for interrogation Court came down heavily against Mani for making such speech and said Mani through his speech challenged the legal system. Justice Satheesh Chandran said that in this the court won't intervene in the case.
