Attacks in Kannur was by CPM: CM
Kannur: After P Jayarajan's arrest, the CPM had unleased illegal attacks in Kannur, said chief minister Oommen Chandy here on Friday. He wanted the CPM to contemplate if this is what they call politics. Chandy was speaking to mediapersons after visiting the Kannur DCC office which was destroyed in the attacks.It is the govt responsibility to take action against any kind of attacks. And there will be no let-ups on this. The police had not showed any discrepancies and have functioned within legal limits.
He also said that nobody need to worry about the Neliyampathy issue
