Man kills daughters in Thrissur

THRISSUR: In a ghastly incident, a man killed his own daughters by throwing them into a pond. The two have been identified as Aditya Veni (six) and Krishna Veni (3). The police have taken into custody one Surendran in connection with the incident. The man took the children from the hospital where their mother is undergoing treatment for fever in Kunnamkkulam Hospital, in the pretext of leaving them home.
