‘TP murder case should be shifted to fast track court’

Kozhikode: The trial of the T P Chandrasekharan murder case should be shifted to a fast track court, demanded Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Mullappally Ramachandran.

He said that was needed to end political murders in the state and hoped that the murder case of the RMP leader be a beginning of it.

“It’s common that political leaders get away with such murders. That should not happen in TP murder case. So the state home ministry should take steps to shift the trial procedures to a fast track court,” Mullappally said.

He further said that the investigation into the Chandrasekharan murder was 90 percent over.

Those who played behind the murder and the master brain behind it also need to be revealed; he said and added that that would happen soon.
