THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Central met department has warned that there
will be heavy rains in Kerala till July 17. The continuous strong
showers will result in floods, landslides and cloudbursts.
There are chances for landslides in Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Kasargod districts.
Along Kerala-Lakshadweep coasts, there will be 35-45 km/hr wind blowing
from North West direction. The fishermen have been warned against going
into sea as it will be rough in the north side of Arabian Sea and west
of Lakshadweep.
